Organizations must continue to look for methods of sustainability by continuing to improve
their products and services and increasing customer satisfaction. Systems must be
developed, implemented and sustained in order to accomplish this. Kevin will be discussing
various systems and methodologies that have proven to be successful in driving continuous
improvement in today’s business climate. Topics will include Operational Excellence, Lean
Methodologies and Employee Engagement.
About the Speaker:
Kevin has been working in the area of manufacturing for over 30 years in the automotive and
pharmaceutical industries. With extensive experience in operations management and
leadership, his current role and focus includes asset effectiveness through continuous
improvement and operational excellence.
Kevin’s leadership style engages employees to identify root causes to business constraints
while empowering them to develop effective solutions. He is a strong proponent of creating
an environment that employees can thrive in. This includes transparency of the organizations
targets and objectives and a clear connection on how each employee can influence this.
